Administration

Administration is a Genix application which empowers IT administrators of the organization to perform the administrative tasks to automate the business process. Following are the features and enhancements in Administration as part of Genix Suite 25.2:

SMS Notification

SMS Settings is a part of the event and alarm system infrastructure that notifies end users about their system status through SMS. SMS Settings allow the users to configure and send SMS efficiently.

To access the SMS Settings, go to Administration > SMS Settings.

Following tabs are available under the SMS Settings:

• SMS Provider: Allows the users to view and manage all the SMS accounts registered with Twilio.

• SMS Templates: Predefined SMS users can send to the users.

System Use Notification for Rejection

User rejections are logged as audit events for better security.

Usability Improvement

The administration section icons are rearranged to improve administration user flow and better usability.
